About Stepping Stones Health & Well-being



With her passion for providing rehabilitation care through exercise, Stephanie, established Stepping Stones Health & Well-Being to help recovering patients achieve holistic health. She is a fully qualified level 4 fitness instructor and certified first-aider with more than two decades of experience in the health and fitness industry. Her experience and qualifications in rehabilitation exercise for cancer, cardiovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, and GP referral clients gives her the credibility to lead specialist exercise and rehabilitation classes.





Stepping Stones Health & Well-Being saw the growing need to provide professional rehabilitation exercise for clients dealing with, and recovering from medical and psychological conditions, and are dedicated to fulfilling that need. We provide tailored classes for individuals fighting against breast cancer, prostate cancer, Parkinson's disease, and patients with limited mobility that are aligned with their recovery goals and suited to their physical capabilities.


We believe in the crucial role of exercise in improving the physical and mental well-being of recovering individuals. Each class is designed to target the different problem areas caused by each medical condition and consists of gentle yet effective exercises that help clients recover faster.  We constantly take on the challenge of enhancing our rehabilitation classes driven by our goal of helping clients reach even the smallest milestones in their health recovery journey.
